Carolina Health Partners is a nonprofit organization in Smithfield, North Carolina, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underserved residents across Johnston County through education, support, and access to care. Carolina Health Partners is planning to offer confidential and accessible HIV testing services to help individuals learn their HIV status. Pre-test counseling will be provided to ensure patients understand the process, while post-test counseling will offer emotional support and guidance based on the results.
